- 8 X 6 X 5" Angle Plate & 1-2-3 Precision Block Set
- 8 X 6 X 5 open end slotted angle plate has convenient clamping slots for mounting.
- The plate is widely used for machining, layout and inspection.
- It is made of high tensile cast iron properly seasoned against distortion and accurately machined to .002 per 6".
- The plate is square and parallel on all faces and Slot A is 90° to slot C.
- 1-2-3 precision matched pair block set is heat treated and case hardened to HRC 55 to 60.
- They are also hardened and precision ground on all 6 sides of each block.
- The 1-2-3 blocks accuracy with squareness on all sides within .0002" per inch.
- There are 23 holes consisting of 5 tapped holes that are 3/8"-16 for clamping and 18 untapped holes.
- These blocks have a cross drilling design gives minimum weight and maximum strength.
