14 Piece HSS 3-In-1 Tap/Drill Kit & 7-In-1 Multi-Purpose Gage
The tap and drill set can be used for complete hole drilling, tapping, deburring and countersinking in one operation with power drill saves labor and time.
It can also be used to tap up to 10 gage steel, copper, brass, aluminum and plastic.
Back tapered design helps prevent thread damage from over-drilling.
One-piece drill/tap assures proper drill for tap size.
The set is made of high-speed steel for longer life and includes 6 combination drill, tap & countersinks, 1 high torque tested quick-change adapter, 6 quick change CRV steel bits and a case.
The thread range is 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 10-32, 12-24, & 1/4-20 and the CRV bits are Slot3, Slot4, PZ1, PZ2, PH1 & PH2.
The 7-In-1 multi-purpose gage is made of tool steel with black coating and laser engraved markings.
The gage measures wire gages, drill sizes, drill points, screw pitches and bores and can also be used as a ruler or protractor.
A tap & drill recommendation chart is included.
The wire gage measures 0.024-0.25", the drill sizes include #5, #6, #8, #10, #12, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8 & 3/4".
The drill points include 60, 90, 118 & 135 degrees and the screw pitch gage measures 40th, 32nd, 24th, 20th, 18th, 16th, 14th, 13th, 12th, 11th & 10th TPI.
Bore gages include 1/64-1/2", the ruler is 2-1/2 x 32nds and the protractor measures 15, 30, 45, 60, & 90 degrees.
